Our work is a true collaboration, not only with you but with some of the finest artisans in the industry, expert setters, polishers, finishers, and master jewellers, each one bringing unparalleled skill and care to every creation. The result is jewellery that embodies technical brilliance, aesthetic harmony, and emotional resonance.
The name Caledonia & Rose is rooted in heritage. “Caledonia,” the poetic name for Scotland, recalls the years I spent in Scotland, a chunk of them at design School (Rennie Macintosh’s Glasgow School of Art) & my Mothers root’s, being Scottish. This is where my journey as as a gemmologist, goldsmith, and designer began, training with GIA, GSA, and De Beers , which has given me the technical foundation to create exceptional pieces. “Rose” is not only my middle name, but a quiet nod to England, where I was brought up in the beautiful countryside.
Together, they represent a union of Scottish soul and English grace. A collaboration of where most of my inspirational for timeless, romantic, and profoundly personal designs came from and my family who’s always supported my love for art and design.
Across the landscapes of England and Scotland, runs through every facet of my work. The Charlesworth's of England and the Tolland's of Scotland are never far from my mind as I design, their histories, their values, their love.
